AJRR Annual Reports

Our Annual Report is the formal public report of our Registry data from January 1 through December 31 each year. It includes general information on de-identified orthopaedic device usage patterns, patient demographics, procedure types and counts, surgeon and institution demographics, and device survivorship curves (when statistically significant sample size is available). In conjunction with the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) Annual meeting in November of each year, we will publish our most recent report. If you would like to request a hard copy version,This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Our first Annual Report was published in November 2014 with data from 2013 (titled 2013); this was the first year that we had a statistically significant sample size available. The 2014 Report includes data from 2014 and was published in November of 2015. The 2016 Annual Report includes data from 2015, however, we changed the title to 2016 since that was the year it was published. Moving forward, this is our protocol - the title year is the year that it's published and the data contained will be from the prior year.

  • To maximize their Registry participation

You can read past articles here, and filter by month on the top left sidebar of this page.

The Register Newsletter

The Register was a monthly e-newsletter we published to educate those interested in our organization and Registry. Within The Register, you could find information regarding our most recent participant numbers, information about quality initiatives, breaking news, and IT information, to name a few.
