Patient-reported outcomes (PROs) can be valuable tools for guiding physicians and patients through the decision-making process for patient care. They also assist in meeting federal quality initiatives. In March 2019, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Registry Program staff will be hosting a webinar on what to consider when setting up a PRO program at your site.
The AAOS Registry Program offers a free PRO platform to subscribing participants. The platform can be used to assign and collect surveys from patients. An overview and walkthrough of the PRO platform will be provided during the session.
